Recruiting the right talent has always been pivotal for businesses, yet traditional hiring processes, anchored in paper resumes and brief interactions, often fell short. The inability to gauge a candidate’s interpersonal skills, clarity in communication, and real-world presentation before an in-person interview necessitated a tool to optimize the hiring experience.

The app offers a video-integrated hiring platform that goes beyond the constraints of traditional hiring. Candidates are given the stage to present themselves dynamically through video, while recruiters benefit from an array of features to evaluate, analyze, collaborate, and make informed decisions. The result is a streamlined, efficient, and time-saving hiring process that aligns the best talent with their ideal roles.
We delivered a full-stack video recruitment platform, managing the entire product lifecycle from architecture and UX design to web, Android, and iOS development. Built on the MERN stack, the solution features scalable infrastructure, intuitive user interfaces, and robust data architecture. We established core design systems, streamlined agile workflows, and ensured continuous improvement through active maintenance and cross-platform updates.

We collected quantitative data through surveys sent to over 300+ hiring professionals and job seekers in the span of 2 years. Most of them were our initial clients whom I worked closely with to improve their recruitment experience. 78% of recruiters wished for a simpler way to schedule interviews, while 86% of candidates expressed frustration over-complicated application processes.
Qualitative data were gathered through in-depth interviews with 50+ HR professionals and candidates. We asked about their current experiences, pain points, and expectations. This allowed us to empathize and better understand their world.
📈 Success Metrics
A significant 95% of users rated the platform with high satisfaction, signifying an intuitive and efficient design. This satisfaction level contributed to a substantial 63% reduction in the interview scheduling time, freeing up recruiters to focus more on candidate assessment.
Moreover, user engagement soared, with daily active users growing by 120% within the first two months of COVID-19 Pandemic. Retention was strong too, standing at 80% per month, indicating the platform’s lasting appeal. The most telling figure was perhaps the 47% decrease in candidate drop-off rates, revealing a much-improved user experience in the application process.
